I am writing this with immense frustration and disappointment. I purchased a Wzatco projector on 6th July 2025, which was delivered to me on 8th July 2025. Right after receiving it, I raised a ticket as the product was defective. Despite multiple follow-ups, the return pickup finally happened on 17th July 2025, after a long and tiring wait. Now, after all this delay, I have received the replacement today (25th July 2025) – and shockingly, the product is still damaged. It has the same screen issue, with visible dot marks – the exact same problem I reported earlier. Is this some kind of joke? Are you seriously expecting customers to keep suffering even after paying their hard-earned money? This is not just poor service – it’s completely unacceptable and irresponsible. It’s unbelievable how lightly you’re taking customer issues. You’ve made me go through a complete round of return and replacement, just to receive another defective unit! This matter needs to be escalated to the highest level immediately. I demand a full and immediate resolution – either a brand-new, fully working unit or a complete refund. I will not tolerate any further delay or negligence. This has been one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had.

I paid the full amount in advance for this product with the expectation of receiving a functional and quality item. However, the product delivered to me is defective and not fit for use. Despite clearly explaining the issue and providing all required details, I am shocked to note that my request for a return and refund has been unreasonably rejected. This is completely unacceptable. Amazon is a trusted platform, and such experiences seriously damage customer confidence. Taking money for a defective product and then refusing to refund it goes against basic principles of fair trade and customer service. I request immediate intervention in this matter and a full refund without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance and legal channels. I expect a swift and fair resolution.

Worst Product and Worst Customer Support – Do Not Buy! I purchased the WZATCO Yuva Go Android 13.0 Smart Projector from Amazon, trusting the big promises about high quality, 2X brightness, and 1080P & 4K support. But this is one of the worst products I have ever bought! Here are the serious problems I faced: HDMI and USB ports are not working at all. Image and video quality is extremely poor and blurry, nothing like what they advertised. Sound quality is very weak, not suitable even for a small room. Overheating issues after running just for a short time. When I contacted WZATCO customer support, the experience got even worse: They just sent me automated replies and asked me to submit tickets again and again. Even after providing the invoice, videos, and all details, they refused to help properly. They said no refund is possible even though the product is clearly defective. No proper warranty support was given by them. They delayed the responses and gave no clear solution. WZATCO products are unreliable, and their customer support is extremely poor. I highly advise everyone NOT to buy WZATCO products. They do not care about customer problems once you make the payment. Save your money. Avoid WZATCO. Buy from more trusted brands.

Worst purchase ever! Bought this projector expecting seamless streaming, but it's a total disaster. Claims to support Netflix, Prime, and Hotstar, but reality is far from it. Not only did it struggle with Netflix like many other projectors, but it also got my Hotstar account banned due to some serious malware issues. And don't even get me started on the 'seamless' promise - YouTube barely works, and when it does, it's a lag fest. Honestly, if you're looking for a projector that can handle YouTube in 480p, this might be your guy. But if you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far, far away. There are way better options out there that won't turn your streaming experience into a nightmare. Save your hard-earned cash and skip this lemon of a projector!

Worst ever experience with the product all is fake about video the quality 1080k also it crashes in between stops playing everything freezes and have to start the entire this all over again. It all a clear joke and the cherry on top is the services of Amazon over it bigger joke. They took my complaint said will resolve then no one reached out they forget but later someone called to ask me about my experience with product and when I cross question about my complaint if they not aware of it the obvious comeback an apology and the call was hung up. I m sure if they ever will comeback on this the reason they will be about a technical difficulty but the fact remain is that I m stuck with this faulty item so my advice think twice before you end up like me.

I purchased the WZATCO Yuva Go Android 13.0 Smart Projector, but unfortunately my experience has been very poor. The main issues I am facing are: Screen mirroring is not working with my mobile phone. There is a Wi-Fi connection problem – sometimes it connects, otherwise it does not connect at all. In-built apps like YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, and Netflix are not opening or not functioning. There is a power button issue – the projector does not turn on unless the power is switched off and on again. Sometimes the display does not show, and I need to shut down and power on the projector to make it work. Due to these repeated problems, the projector is unreliable and difficult to use. The product does not work as described and does not meet expectations. I would not recommend this product unless these issues are fixed.

I purchased the Wzatco Yuva Go on 27 Feb 2026. Within just 3 days of use, a large square-shaped brown patch appeared on the display, which is clearly visible on white/light backgrounds.​I raised a warranty request immediately on Sunday (March 1st), but there has been NO RESPONSE from the Wzatco team. Their after-sales service is pathetic and practically non-existent. They are happy to take your money but won't honor the warranty when the product fails. ​Pros: None (Product failed in 3 days) Cons: Faulty display, worst customer service, no response to tickets. ​Advice to buyers: Do not waste your hard-earned money on this brand. Better to go with a company that actually cares about its customers.

One Star, so that I don't misguide future buyers. First of all, I got a used product, open, with stains, no guarantee card, etc. Just go through all the bad reviews First and then make up your mind. You may like it after use, but if you get stuck, like not working or stops working, then from my research the real struggle starts. You cannot return the product. Wzatco customer service is pathetic. Even Amazon site will ask you to upload pictures of the damaged product(which I also did, as it was damaged from behind), but nothing happened. So, my suggestion, please research then go for it, thinking about the risks involved. If you get working piece, you are lucky. And if you receive a fresh one, then you should buy one Lottery ticket also ASAP, because you are very lucky.
