Cadbury Drinking Chocolate, 500 G

Yup as the headline said it's fantastic, don't listen to the other people here. It's a new concept to them so they would rather give negative reviews. The taste is very much like dairy milk if not it still has hint of dairy milk. A pack of 500g can last you a month without no worry and the price is justified (it's more costlier in UK). If you want to taste the real Cadbury like the ones you get in UK and USA then this product is great I recommand experimenting with it, like sometimes using it as a sauce to top an ice cream and all. *for other reviewers, please stop giving bad reviews just because this product is not accustomed to you, you are used to indian Cadbury and not international so shut up!

I received this product twice, and both times it was near expiry with a white, mold-like layer forming on top. Clearly not fresh and unsafe to use. It’s really disappointing to see such poor quality control. Definitely not ordering again.

Thanks to amazon this product which still would have remained a dream !it's not available in any retail or wholesale store! Only in amazon ! This product went off stores around 2007. Post which reluctantly I tried this on amazon and it's the same drinking chocolate same quality and same delicious taste I used to drink during school days! I removed a star only for one reason- price is expensive! Other wise a dream come true for original DC lovers!

This chocolate drink is purchased for the past two years; Repeat purchases; quality is maintained and I continue to drink it on daily early morning hour.

I have been using the product for over three decades. I recently ordered 12 tins of drinking chocolate from Amazon and found insect and web inside one of them, rest of them are still unopened. Apparently amazon customer service is going to refund only for one tin (as an exception!) as they assume that others from this lot are ok (I was asked to prove otherwise). I’m not comfortable using rest of this lot for my child as there is no guarantee that the other tins do not have insect eggs, which are virtually impossible to see with a naked eye. Amazon customer service is adamant and does not understand the gravity of potential health hazard. They insist on one month return policy, which is ridiculous because I couldn’t have opened and used all the 12 tins in one month time period. I’d like someone who has the authority to look into this issue, contact the seller and manufacturer, and removing this from the product offering. Did not see empathy or accountability from Amazon customer service as well!

Good condition new product

I had read in reviews that it had very great taste as it is Cadbury product and all. Nothing is great in it. Typical drinking chocolate it is. If u r chocolate lover you will love it. It tastes same like Bournvita. Or choco powder + sugar + milk.

UK Cadbury is unlike the US brand by the same name... European chocolate is amazing!!! Cadbury is well worth the extra as value for the money. Each 500 gram container (six oz milk) makes 12-15 servings. It's been said you get what you pay for.
