so im a gamer first, but im still an audiophile and need a certain level of quality to my sound, i live in jamaica so its HOT and over ear headphones are hot outside of Air conditioning !!!! my previous buds were the outlier air V2 (also blue VERY IMPORTANT TO ME) my issues were u could tell the bitrate wasnt up to scratch with the sound quality even tho the speakers were premium even with aptx, with 6mm drivers i am now realizing how much bass was lacking but most of all using them on PC the audio latency was severely lacking !!! didnt really have a big issue on my phone, and changed to several different wireless adapters on pc that supported the latest bluetooth formats from intel qualcom amd mediatek etc eventually i learned that the pc formats didnt really care much about bluetooth back then and unless you have bluetooth 5.3 or better latency was never a concern !!!! so no lipsync and lots of video lag or just lag in any fast paced shooter games this Zen Air plus on the other hand were still comfortable sounded even better clarity wise clearly higher resolution audio was being transmitted, there is a nicer rounder bass that i am sooo appreciative of, mids and highs are good too, this is by no means the best earbuds on the market but they are def great quality and sound great, i used the tiniest earbuds as i have small ears and comfort was fine for me, i can hear everything around me okay so dont expect these to block out sound, which isnt a bad thing, u can hear whats going on around u when people think you cant lol also just in case someone might be calling you in case of emergency etc, these are not block out everything earbuds !!! nothing is perfect however, or maybe i like things really really loud, they are def loud at max settings, but i didnt think i should have to always leave everything on max volume to be happy with no possible headroom for more, that said if ur okay at max volume to get that nice loud but clear audio then these are not so bad and this flaw could be overlooked easily, latency isnt horrible and maybe acceptable but could def be better, its way better than anything i had before tho the case is also much more portable and slimmer than my outlier air V2 so thats a big plus being more pocketable i noticed that i had to update my bluetooth driver on my rz616 or intel ax200 wifi card to get bt5.3 support but i dont seem to be able to get LE Audio and Lc3 verified for really low latency audio, and creative doesnt sell an adapter or dongle for it.... if anyone finds something let me know :D i would also really like to get better than 16bit 44,100hz, on my windows pc instead of just on my phone 24bit 48khz audio would be nice

Purchased these as a backup pair. Had some difficulty getting them to pair with my phone and the app. They are comfortable and sound pretty good for the price. Overall they are good once you get them connected.
