Lack of quality control
When I shook the bottle to mix the nutrients, the liquid came flying out and stained everything it touched, including my carpet, air purifier and walls. I thought I didn’t have the cap screwed on properly, so I rescrewed it on. The next time I used it, again it sprayed everywhere (at least in a bathroom so the mess was cleanable). It turns out someone drilled a small hole in the top. Just an awful experience from a company that clearly doesn’t have “quality control.”
