Review: Very Good and Useful Dough Mixer - Have used it for 6 loaves of bread as of now and, so far, it has performed very well. The ferment function is very nice, especially when your kitchen is too cold. It mixes and kneads the dough very well also. The only thing is the button to pause or cancel the cycle needs to be pressed a little below where the circle is (at least on the one I got), but that isn't a deal breaker. The only thing I need to do is find the perfect whole wheat bread recipe that produces a loaf that isn't too dense and has a soft crust and crumb. Getting there, and this mixer certainly helps. It also helps to save my hands, that get very tired and sore with only a few minutes of hand kneading. I was happy to see that I got the paddles that were not painted or coated, as I had read that those started peeling after a while. I only hand wash the bowl and paddle, so that may help those with the painted paddles.

Have used it for 6 loaves of bread as of now and, so far, it has performed very well. The ferment function is very nice, especially when your kitchen is too cold. It mixes and kneads the dough very well also. The only thing is the button to pause or cancel the cycle needs to be pressed a little below where the circle is (at least on the one I got), but that isn't a deal breaker. The only thing I need to do is find the perfect whole wheat bread recipe that produces a loaf that isn't too dense and has a soft crust and crumb. Getting there, and this mixer certainly helps. It also helps to save my hands, that get very tired and sore with only a few minutes of hand kneading. I was happy to see that I got the paddles that were not painted or coated, as I had read that those started peeling after a while. I only hand wash the bowl and paddle, so that may help those with the painted paddles.

It’s great for that fought you want to make bisquits ,Hawaiian dinner rolls ect.. I’m happy with this ,the scale works nicely and the proofing feature is so convenient. Mixes well I sometimes need to add another 8 min to the mixing time to get window pain. Love the color .will be a reapeat customer when I wear this one out. I would not be afraid to gift one. Note :I would not make any more than two loaves at I time ,but that’s my opinion.
