Cavanagh Priest Altar Bread - 2 3/4" White - 50/Box

This altar bread is exactly what I was hoping for. It arrived clean, intact, and well-packaged, which I really appreciated. The pieces are consistent in size and thickness, and the quality is clearly there. It feels thoughtfully made rather than rushed or mass-produced. The texture is right—not too brittle and not overly soft—and it handles well. There’s a sense of care and respect in how it’s prepared, which matters a lot for its purpose. Storage is easy, and the bread holds up well over time when kept properly. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and reliability and would confidently order this again.

The product is good, they are big, like the ones that the father eats not the ones that the communion eat, the flavor is actually different from what we are used to, but they are not so bad

I use these for snacks with cheese instead of crackers - or just plain and they are yummy either way. They're crunchy and delicious. The package has the hosts inside a plastic sleeve so once they're opened they need to be transferred to another container to keep them fresh - especially if it is humid. The size is good - about twice the size of a Ritz cracker - so you can fit a slice of snack cheese on them. Overall, these are yummy and great for snacking and I definitely recommend them.

The taste of the bread was very bland and the size of the circle is big, it can be divided. There are 50 pieces in a package. Taste and size could be better. Okay buy for the price.

As someone that grew up in a non-religious family, I was always curious about communion wafers. I'd seen them on TV and films and always wondered what they tasted like. WELL NOW I KNOW THANKS TO THESE WAFERS! These have an interesting flavor and texture. It has almost no flavor, but a hint of bread mixed with wet cardboard. The texture was soft, yet crisp. Is there a religious rule against adding a little salt to these things? Side note: there is not any nutritional information on this on the packaging. I am curious how many calories are in each wafer, because I binged eating these like a snack.
