Since the memory foam in our pillows is freshly manufactured and packed, our pillows can sometimes have this scent. Our apologies for any concern this caused. Rest assured, our foam is CertiPUR-US certified for your safety and does not contain any flame retardants. We never want to expose our customers to anything harmful or dangerous. To reduce the scent, you can place the pillow in the dryer on low for 1 to 2 hours with a couple of dryer sheets.
