Received the new pair and exact same issue, only one earbud works at all times. The other one is useless. Never ever buying these again.Only one of my ear pieces work upon many attempts to charge it. So I’ll just be deaf in one ear. Fits GREAT and doesn’t fall out like other pieces tend to do, good quality product. There are zero instructions in English so you kinda are on your own with figuring out how it works.
