Love this keyboard. And I love my current one at home and the office is one is oK. But the keychron is multiples better. I always wanted an ergonomic ten key less mechanical keyboard but they're hard to find, until I found this. The keystroke is very positive and smooth. Not a nuisance in the office in my opinion. Immediately I felt I was actually typing faster. It is hefty though and with the price, I won't leave this at the desk at work. Highly recommend a hard case for it too. It will need get used to if you use the END key but you can program it using one of the 5 programmable keys.

quality and execution were great with this board. I will admit I returned it as the layout (while I use split and ortho boards a lot) was not what I was hoping for. The layout buttons were in odd spots for me but I will say the board is top notch.

This is a very heavy keyboard, definitely not one you want to carry around. I got the red switch which has a nice feel to it, doesn't feel as "soft" when I tried it last year on another setup. The sound is average, doesn't have the loud Thock, would be acceptable in an office environment I believe. The layout also looks weird between the letter Q/W and P/[, however, I have no issues typing on it. Space bar is located at the correct position (some Alice keyboard has it at the wrong position). The backlight is nice, average comparted to other keyboards I own. I haven't tried the memory buttons or the bluetooth connection. Overall, a solid, heavy, expensive keyboard with little to no flaws that I see so far. I would recommend it to people who can afford it.

This is my favorite keyboard ever. It is compact, the key feel is perfect. It is a little noisy - other people on zoom calls do not hear it (must be filtered out), but I sometimes have trouble hearing them over the sound of the keys. Incredible build quality and neat color arrangment.

This keyboard is not a terrible keyboard, but it does not live up to expectations as far as the feel / experience using it. First the build quality is pretty stellar. The all metal construction feels very premium. But unfortunately the keys are not consistent. The actuation force varies a lot from key to key. Also, two keys on the one I received have some sort of problem. I don't know exactly how to describe it since I'm not a keyboard guru, but it's like a very hollow sound when pressing the keys that is kind of jarring compared to the sound of the rest of the keyboard. The left shift is one of the keys so it gets used pretty often. This keyboard was my first foray into mechanical keyboards. I've been using a Logitech K860 for a long time because I spend a lot of time on the pc typing and wanted a good ergonomic keyboard. The K860 is amazing for that. If I spend an extended period on a tradition straight keyboard my wrists will get achy, but I don't have that problem with the k860. So, that is why I was looking into this Alice layout. I wanted to retain the ergonomics of a split keyboard. I also tend to lean toward tactile keys so the brown switches lived up to that. Definitely not the best I've ever felt compared to some straight ones that I've test driven on demos, but still pretty good. Where this keyboard really falls on it's face though is with the overall ergonomic. The split key is fine, but it's not as good as the split + curvature of the k860. And then the really big problem is the keyboard height and angle. With no wrist rests your wrists will end up at an absolutely awful angle that will cause wrist aches within minutes of using. With a wrist rest at the level of the keyboard it is better, but will still develop aches after a bit of usage because the wrists are still angled poorly. For me personally, I would need wrist rests 1 to 1.5 inches above the keyboard to achieve a natural wrist angle that I do with the k860. At the price of this keyboard, keychron really should include a wrist rest to being with. That is kind of the point of ergonomic split keyboards so it misses the mark terribly there. And do to the shape, just any standard keyboard wrist rest will not do. If it weren't for some of the keys being "defective" (not sure of a better way to put it with the awful noise they make, the two that do it also require much less activation force than the rest of the keys). I might would try to find some wrist rest solution to make this usable. But with both the ergonomic and key problems combined, it's to expensive of a keyboard to be going through that much hassle.
