Can I use it to make wine?

As far as I know, this product is used to remove off flavors when you use turbo yeast. I don't think you would be using turbo yeast for making wine?

Will this settle out with turbo clear?

Yes, but it won’t be totally clear. Put part A in, stir gently just a few rotations. Wait 60-90 minutes, add part B. Wait 24 hours and the sediment will go to the bottom of the container.

It says use immediately after adding the turbo yeast. But it also says that you add the carbon after the fermentation? Which is it?

Add it as soon as you stir in yeast completely I try to make sure my temperature is 80-75 degrees and I also use two 10lb bags of sugar produces at least 20 abv every time
