Excellent laser machine
Excellent laser machine and customer support is fantastic.

Stopped working after 1 day.
I'm very sure these laser engravers are great when they work (Hence three stars for the glimmer of hope). This one packed in after one day. At 400 quid, I wasn't too impressed! I tried to get this resolved, but Amazon could do nothing but arrange a return, so back it went. After that, I purchased a Creality Falcon2. That one does work. Rob :) P.S. Atom Stacks support was pretty poor considering I just needed advice about the issue (red light lit, not cutting / engraving). They pretty much told me to pish off coz I bought it on Amazon. Bizzar.

Tuve un problema con la máquina. Aunque he tenido que buscarme la vida para solucionarlo, el servicio de atención al cliente se puso en contacto conmigo para preocuparse y tratar de solucionar el problema que había ocurrido. El resultado ha sido muy satisfactorio
