A diving accident at the age of 16 caused a rotator cuff injury that is destroying my love of outdoor activities at the age of 50. I ordered this product about a year ago after suffering my first ever bout of bursitis in my hip. It helped me right away and I stayed on it until, shortly thereafter, I had a checkup at Mayo Clinic and my blood pressure was unusually elevated. I recalled a comment made here that someone correlated a higher blood pressure with the use of this product, so I went off of it and found another product. Ultimately I went off all of the turmeric-related products when I wasn't feeling as well on them as I had. I try to "listen" to my body. I ended up trying some CBD oil and felt that was helpful for my hip pain. However, almost two months ago I had a community bug (virus) and the bursitis fired up along with it. Very painful. I got through that and continued my therapy regimen (walking, stretching, CBD,and by now magnesium). Then another community bug (virus) just recently and again the bursitis fired up. I spent a whole weekend in bed trying to find a restful position (on acetaminophen for pain). The virus let up about when it was for everyone else and the hip pain lingered. I was purusing various articles and ran into this product again (which I still had on hand). I had upped my CBD oil to try to quell the bursitis pain, and overall it was gradually improving as the virus got better, but by in the evenings my hip pain was still coming on strongly requiring me to use acetaminophen. When I saw the reference to Primal I decided to try it again. At the end of the first 24 hours I no longer had the high level pain and by the end of 48 hours it was barely noticeable, allowing me to do some light yard work. Someone else here referenced 48 hours as a turning point. I took my blood pressure and it may be a little elevated. I'm going to keep my eye on that and see if I can find a frequency of taking it that doesn't works but doesn't over-elevate the BP I put all this on here to thank the ones who reported how it worked and perhaps encourage those in a similar boat. I would also say I am going to look out for the BP issue as someone else noted. PS I tried to get in to see my Orthopedic Doc and I will, but there is a month long wait. In the meantime it sure is nice to have this natural relief!

First, this is NOT the current version bought. I bought the original version, called "Primal". I loved it! It was a 5 star. I can not say anything concerning the current version this company is trying to pass off as "unchanged ingredients" as I do not plan to buy the new version. There are enough bad reviews about it that I do not want to try it. IF they will go back to the original ingredients, that could change my mind. It helped with my joints. I am including photos from the original bottle. You can see for yourself the label is different. 4 stars only because the original was 5 stars in my book.
