I have a squashed circular manhole min dimension 470 and maximum 490mm. Will this fit over?

Not sure if you saw the hole requirement is 450mm - if the hole is bigger than that it won't fit - I measured the hole size and money was 450mm and it fitted perfectly. I hope this helps?
