I was nervous to order the Natty (unflavored) version because of the reviews talking about how bad it tastes, but I'm glad I did! I was getting tired of making one drink for my protein + creatine + BCAAs and a separate drink for my Nitric Oxide booster. I'd rather them all be in one shaker. This is GREAT mixed with my chocolate flavored protein. Can't taste anything weird. I usually dump this in right after my creatine and they both dissolve instantly before I throw my scoop of protein in. No clumps, no weirdness in consistency. I started taking the nitric oxide booster to increase my circulation to help with getting blood flow and oxygen to my ligaments around my knees. I had a small ligament tear. I really think this helped me heal my injury faster (along with easy strengthening exercises and avoiding the causes of the tear in the first place.) I had been taking 2 steps forward and one step back in my recovery until I started this, and within about a month, it was completely healed. Circulation makes a world of difference.

The peach flavor is definitely very strong, but it is quite tasty. Just make sure you cut it with enough water, or the sour/sweetness will have you grimacing. I went caffeine-free for a month, so I was looking for something that was stim-free that could still serve as a great pre-workout. This was a great option, as it gives you something to look forward to before going to the gym, and it definitely gives you a nice meaty pump. Pro tip, add a couple pinches of salt, or eat a tablespoon of honey in addition to the Ghost powder for the craziest pump you've ever had. Product is definitely a little expensive at about a dollar per serving, but most gym centered products are, so this is nothing new. Overall would recommend!
