Good quality and effective supplement. I’ve been taking it for a while and can feel the difference. Capsules are easy to swallow and it’s gentle on the stomach.

Such an amazing product! I had the worst allergies last year and upon months of research realized I likely had a copper deficiency so purchased and within weeks my allergies finally subsided. I highly recommend this winning combination and that you take in the morning with breakfast and then your calcium/magnesium type supplements in the evening as they can't all absorb together so one would be wasted. Good stuff. Need to reorder.

If you take zinc often enough, you can become deficient in copper. This Zinc is great because it comes with 2 mg of copper! I have purchased it twice and will purchase it again when needed.
