The Trueview 4G solar camera is working very well. The technology used in this camera is excellent and reliable. Solar charging works perfectly, so there is no worry about electricity or power cuts. Video quality and connectivity are good, and overall performance is smooth. It is a very useful product for outdoor security and remote locations. Satisfied with the product.

this is used product & having some kind of yellowish which seams someone tried to attach the glue on the end of camera and also the seal is removed slightly and also a black mark which shows that it is written something on it I thought that it shows clear video quality but it doesn't and also when I tried to add sim card it is saying sim card is not detected even after multiply waves

Good camera. Well built nd not cheap. Incredibly easy set up with my android app. The battery used about only 10% over night and the solar charger fast charging. It can also charge via USB-c mobile charger 5v 1 amp. Nice image and great product 👍

I recently purchased the True View Solar CCTV, and I am quite disappointed with its performance. The product is not worth the price. The video quality is poor, even in good lighting. The app also has multiple issues, especially the custom motion detection feature, which does not work properly. Another frustrating problem is that the camera keeps showing prompts to buy cloud storage, even though it already has SD card storage. This makes the user experience very inconvenient. Overall, the device does not provide reliable security, and I would not recommend it until these issues are fixed.

I purchased two dual-lens solar cameras from Amazon. Here are my detailed observations for anyone considering these: Branding: These Trueview solar cameras are essentially rebranded Chinese models. Nothing wrong with that, but contrary to Trueview’s claim, they are not manufactured by them. App Compatibility: The official TrueCloud and TrueCloud+ apps failed to detect or register the camera. I had to use another app called EsseCloud (suggested by a local CCTV supplier). Turns out, TrueCloud is just a rebranded version of another app. Recording Mode: Continuous recording works only when the battery is above 80%. Otherwise, only motion/detection-based recording is possible. I use motion recording during the day and continuous at night — but this needs to be switched manually every day (no automation available). Battery Performance: Battery backup is decent and easily supports night monitoring. Live Monitoring: The live view experience is average — about 3 out of 10 times it glitches. Don’t expect the smoothness or reliability of brands like TP-Link’s Tapo cameras. 4G Connectivity: Signal reception over 4G is decent and works most of the time. Notifications: This is the biggest issue. The app doesn’t use Google push notifications, so alerts (motion/person detection) only work when the app is running in the background. If it’s closed, you’ll miss notifications entirely. Camera Controls: The pan/tilt and other controls are okay, considering it runs over 4G. Verdict: A decent solar-powered camera if you’re okay with basic functionality and some daily manual effort. But don’t expect polished software, reliable notifications, or seamless user experience like premium brands.
