Hello, I want to request a full refund for this phone. The phone does not appear to be in the condition advertised. It seems to be a renewed/refurbished device, and the battery is extremely poor. Even after a full charge, the battery lasts less than one hour, making the phone practically impossible to use. I am not satisfied with this product and would like to return it and receive a full refund. Please provide the return instructions as soon as possible.
