In 2008 after losing his title as Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler made a vow to come back and reclaim his title even though many critics had written Jay off as a serious contender for a comeback victory. Follow Jay through his heroic epic journey as he prepares for the fight of his life. Watch and learn Jay's secrets as he trains each body part and wins back his title for the third time as the Undisputed Mr. Olympia Champion! Director Jason Ellis presents Jay's exciting story of victory and defeat, persistence and redemption! Includes over 40 minutes of bonus footage. Review: Good - I'm a huge fan of Jay Cutler and I like to play Jay's videos while I workout in my home gym. Things I like: 1. I like that it's divided into chapters by bodypart so that I can play the legs chapter while I'm doing legs, etc. 2. Jay Cutler is of course always awesome to watch and listen to. He tries to explain everything he's doing to help the viewers which isn't something you see every pro do. 3. It's Jay Cutler! Things I don't like: 1. The video is in black and white. The director is obviously trying to be artsy. Bad move. It's annoying. 2. The first chapter (Arms) has a long intro with music and images of LA. Nothing to do with Jay or bodybuilding, so it's annoying. 3. Some of the chapters, Chest/Abs in particular, are a little short. Too many sets were cut out. Poor editing. Like I said, I play it while I'm working out and a sub 30 min chest workout is a little short. 4. This is just me, but one thing I really enjoyed seeing in his older videos was the more personal side of Jay Cutler. I liked seeing his home life, the things he's doing to his house, fooling with the dogs, eating breakfast, buying food at Costco and I really liked seeing the interaction he had with his wife. It was cool to see how they were a team. It made him seem like a regular dude that I could hang out with, not just some monster in the gym. But that's just me. Still have to give it 3 stars because it's Jay Cutler and he rocks! But if it were any other person, I'd give it 2 stars. Review: One Star - Sucks compared to the others I'm a Jay fan but wasted my money on this one

a bit boring and nothing new here
I guess if this is your first BB DVD than this one will do - NO Pain is a sterotype comment in gyms these days but there is a lot more to the sport especially nutrition and diet which most of the time is just a side show in these DVD`s. Watching Jay going through his routines becomes boring after a while and I would have expected more details regarding the ``why and hows`` . I am sorry but if you are not a beginner look elsewhere

MEH.....
90% of the video is in black and white. The audio quality sucks. Jay goes through his workouts without hardly saying anything. He waits until after his workouts to explain what he did, why he does it, etc... And when he does explain... he barely says anything.

What a disappointment
I received this DVD as a gift, having several of Jay's previous DVDs and loving them to death. They ditched the old producer, Mits Okabe for whomever this art loving guy is directing this movie. The entire thing is in black and white which is horribly annoying. The dialogue that takes place during workouts between Jay and his partners is unable to be heard because they didn't mic any of the people in the video. The film is filled with annoying music most the time and Jay just seems cold shouldered and hardly talks at all. Couldn't even watch the entire thing, which says alot considering I watched From Jay to Z and One Step Closer several times and they are 4-5 hours long. Shame...

The dvd was in excellent condition, the case and both discs. Made for excellent viewing of one of the true greats of modern day bodybuilding. Delivered on the day I was told it would be and I`ll be ordering from them again Matt Lovell.
