Got this for a friend who tore her bicep and can't get into a specialist for a while. She continues to work as a server so her arm is getting HEAVY use. She said this brace is a lifesaver and keeps her pain to a bearable level. She's a tiny woman, maybe 5'2" and her upper arm is about the size of my forearm, but the SMALL size works perfect on her, even over a thin cardigan. She's able to move freely with it on, and IMMEDIATELY felt relief when we got it moved to just the right position. Highly recommend this for anyone suffering from bicep issues.

Really does the trick. My bicep tendinitis is alleviated when wearing this. Even has a narrow pouch on the inside for a thin ice pack. Comfortable to wear and easy to put on. Velcro tabs are extremely easy to adjust to tighten or loosen to suit your comfort level.

Once I got it on it worked great. This wrap is not easy to put on but gives great support. I play a lot of pickleball and tennis and have a tricep strain. I can tell a difference when I wear this wrap when playing and after.

This seems to be well-made, but it won't stay in place on my upper arm. It keeps sliding down.

Bought this on the advice of my ortho Dr. and it really helps as he said. Gives support and my arm feels less fatigued. I’m traveling with it now as I need to pull my carry on. I do get stopped at bag check as it is picked up my the cray machine although it has no metal. They take a look and then I pass through boot a big deal

Comfortable and love adjustable fit.

I loved this. I had been struggling for weeks taking an ace bandage on and off and this was a huge change. It’s very easy to use with one hand and you have a lot of control over the tightness. Great choice for the price. I felt much better with it on.
