Review: Works great. Surprisingly large capacity. I was worried it would be too small but it easily fit two slices of pizza though I did have to cut the tips to fit it all. My one tiny 🤏 complaint is that the lock symbol is so hard to see at a glance.

A: No! Only the silicone panels touch the food.

**Q: Is it safe for the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer?**
A: Yes! It fits in the dishwasher just like a plate. When microwaving, just prop it open to vent.

**Q: How do I clean it?**
A: It easily fits in the dishwasher just like a plate! Cleaning it that way on a regular basis is the fastest, simplest method. The silicone panels can be removed from the frame for deep cleaning, but THE PANELS ARE NOT MEANT TO BE REMOVED EVERY TIME.

**Q: Is it water- and air-tight?**
A: SoftShell is designed to hold sandwiches, snacks, and foods with thicker sauces. Water-like liquids like fruit juice may leak, especially when the container is squished. It is not designed to be air-tight.

**Q: How do I put the panels back into the frame?**
A: We recommend STARTING AT THE OUTER CORNERS and pressing every half inch or so. It’s only recommended to remove the panels every so often as doing so can take a couple of minutes.
