Nightwatcher NW765
Having purchased this item in May 2018 I am very disappointed that it has suddenly stopped lighting after such a short life, it continues to rotate and follow you but unfortunately the light has stopped working which is crucial for where it is located, the idea is great but it’s far to expensive to have to change it every couple of years, can anyone recommend a suitable replacement, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The latest app does not work on new i phones yet
Good communication from the manufacturer I had to use an old i pad to sink the light but apart from that very happy with the light and the cctv side as well .

No wifi no camera
had a long conversation with the Nightwatcher technical team, who tried to help me set this up. Apparently, without a wifi signal, the system does not and will not work. We thought that our wifi was pretty good, apparently not so my comments here would be check your wifi is EXCELLENT then and only then consider purchasing this

Don't bother
The camera works just about acceptably during daylight hours, but is next to useless in the dark. Strange as it's sold as "Nightwatcher". The PIR sensor is not adjustable for range, and although mine is 20 feet from the roadway, it is triggered by every passing vehicle and pedestrian, hence the "floodlight" is on for most of the hours of darkness - even though we live on a quiet suburban street. The images relayed during the hours of darkness are indecipherable, however. I also have a Ring doorbell which is in a different league - totally adjustable for range and crystal clear images day or night.

In a word useless and Itried three one never really recorded but kept it for the light add. Seemed to suggest maybe better foolishly ordered another small bolt missing there answer send back get refund would not exchange second one after first day would not connect to phone video couldn’t adjust angle of light ther tec. Guy worse than useless stay well clear

Great product with excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

Poor detection range
The item has a very short detection range less than 2M compared to earlier products so it was returned. The camera and WiFi function did work well. If the product is developed and improved I would definitely buy it again
