Product Description After Alice in Chains, known for it's distinctive vocal style, which often included the harmonized vocals between lead singer Layne Staley and Jerry Cantrell, hit a dead end and became inactive after their 1995 self-titled album. So Jerry Cantrell decided to step up to the plate and release something on his own. "Boggy Depot" features Alice In Chains members Sean Kinney on drums and Mike Inez on bass. Three other well-known bassists also contributed to the album: Rex Brown of Pantera, John Norwood Fisher of Fishbone, and Les Claypool of Primus. Everything that an Alice In Chains fan loves, particularly the morose atmosphere and the dark, grinding guitars, is here in spades. Jerry Cantrell - shows his immense talent independently of Alice in Chains
Loved this album - he Jerry has a wonderful voice and you can clearly hear his immense influence that weaves it's way through every Alice in Chains song. Brilliant.

Alice In Chains without Staley
This basically an Alice In Chains album, only without STaley, and with Cantrell singing. The othe AIC members, Sean Kinney and Mike Inez, both play on this album, plus some other guests. The music is great, Cantrell is a very good songwriter and singer also.

really enjoying this , quite bluesy possibly not as good as Degradation Trip which came later but for any AiC fans its a must buy along with Mad Season

A sublime debut solo album from Jerry. Alice in Chains are my favourite band and Jerry has managed to create his own sound thats just as awesome.

Excellent album for Alice in Chains fans and non-fans. More accoustic, and filled with unconventional sounds for rock (trompets, piano, organ...) and more jazzy feel. A must buy!

Álbum sensacional, sou apaixonada pelo trabalho solo do Jerry. Um fato curioso que algumas composições desse álbum ele fez para um possível quarto disco do Alice in chains, algo que acabou não ocorrendo devido a situação que o Layne enfrentava. Por isso toda a discografia desse álbum e cheia de emoção e escuridão, algo que somente um compositor maravilhoso como o Jerry poderia fazer.Observação: O produto e enviado de forma bem desleixada, apenas em um envelope, recomendo mais cuidado por parte do vendedor e da Amazon, ainda mais por ser uma compra internacional.
