Works great, great size and shape, and individually packaged. I slipped and fell on my knees at the hospital. Pain was terrible. It really helps with the pain and healing. Only problem is it’s only 10 for $22. I wish for that price, there should be more- reason why it’s only 4 stars.

You would be amazed but within about 30 minutes you start feeling a burning sensation but it is all good because its laced with herbs and essences and the burning comes from Capsaicin peppers. I thought I would show some skin sensitivity from it but not at all. Worth noting here however: I went into a hot tub with it on and quickly had to remove it after hitting the hot water, even after I removed it my knee felt like it was on fire when i slide back into the hot water but its the capsaicin oils. It dissipated in a few minutes but WOW it's and eye opener. The relief does last for about 7-8 hours. Peel and stick and go. So easy. I have had knee pain for a few years now and this one appears to remedy with temporary relief. Yay! T P L
