Perfect Serial USB to RJ45 cable for Pylontech Batteries
Bought to use with Pylontech batteries and their management software on a laptop. You need to re-terminate the RJ45 end to the battery manufacture’s specification, but once done it works flawlessly creating a virtual COM port on the computer. Link to latest drivers included in the packaging and pleased to say works fine with Windows11. Very happy and bought a second one to mod for a friend.

Excellent once you run driver update
Plugged into a Win 10 (1803) laptop and it found it in device manager but needed to run the ‘update driver’ for it to get going. Once done, works a dream and had it connecting to HP switches. By default, seems to want to be on COM3. Very very convenient.

Plug and play on Linux
It does exactly what I need it to do (connect to RJ45 console ports), with no fuss. Plug it in, identify which port it's using (or guess!), fire up Putty or a telnet client of your choice... very pleased.

Worked for me, but remember some devices are very fussy
I am using it only for Cisco Catalyst switches. Installed OK on Windows 11 Pro and works fine

Used to connect to Cisco WIFI access point
I used this to connect and reflash a Cisco WiFi access point from CAP (i.e. server controlled) to standalone. Worked great now have two Cisco standalone WiFi AP cover the house and garden. Cables good quality and will last a lot of use.
