I love the fact the my product came so fast. The product is easy to use and you can start to see results fast.

I just received this today and applied it for the first time, so I haven’t used enough to determine if it warrants a 5-Star rating. I’ll post an update next month. So far it’s not burning my eyes, so that’s a good sign :) I pulled out the wand and one of the bristles was sticking out to the side, so that was kind of annoying but I just yanked that piece off and it works well.

4 hours after application my eyes began to feel heavy and itchy. By 9 pm they were sore and I felt as if I ha sand on them. Next morning eyes were crusty and sore. One application only I do not dare try it on again. Contacted seller and they apologized made a refund and said they would contact manufacturer for ingredients review. I am very pleased with their response. First time I see a company interested in problems regarding product. Thank you for customer service you deserve 5 stars but I have to give 3 due to product.

The product had great packaging but it did not grow my eyelashes or eyebrows. 8 used it till the very end.

Does not do as advertised. In fact, my lashes are starting to feel brittle. Not using anymore.

Incredible eyelash serum! Easy to use...really has an impact on lash growth as well as health of your lashes. I even put some on my eyebrows to help fill in some sparse hair and am starting to see signs of growth there as well. This is a wonderful new product and I can’t wait to see how my lashes look in a month or two!!

Pros: even though I’m not super consistent about using it, I have noticed a bit of a difference in my lashes, particularly my lower ones which were much thinner to begin with. Cons: I’m not a huge fan of the applicator; the instructions seem to imply you put it on the way you put on mascara, but the brush isn’t super friendly for that, so it sometimes feels like I’m not applying it evenly. I’ll try to be more consistent using it and update this review if something changes

I have only been using this product for barely a week so I haven’t seen much diffence yet. However, it is easy to apply and I have experienced no problems or side effects. I look forward to seeing results.
