When mine arrive it was fine, I would advise you to either contact Amazon and they can sort it out for you, they are very helpful with this sort of thing or you can contact the seller Directly and I’m sure they send you out a replacement if you want another one or get a refund. I would recommend putting pictures to the email or message you send just so that they can see and also tell them how it was package when it was arrive for example: in box, just in a bag or if is wasn’t or was in bubble wrap but I always find are pictures helpful for them to see.
