AMTIFO OBD2 Scanner with Battery Tester - Check Engine Light & Emissions Readiness, Plug & Play, Battery Health, Real-Time Date, Car Code Reader, Support All OBD II Vehicles

Good unit. My car had a misfire, so I plugged this scanner up, and it detected a faulty Camshaft Position Solenoid. Replaced both the intake and exhaust solenoids and problem fixed.

Mine arrived open package and didn't work wright. They refunded me no problem.

My wife just bought a brand new car, and 30 days later, the check engine light came on, and because of her busy work schedule, she was not able to take the time off to take it to a local dealership. And she was all worried about driving it with the check engine light on. So, I ordered this on Amazon, followed the instructions, hooked it up to the OBD port under the dash, scanned for the codes. Only one code showed up. I searched that code online, and found the problem! Lose gas cap (she had just filled it up that day!) This little device saved me the time, trouble (and probably the embarrassment) of having to take this car back to the dealer, and wait and wait for them to look at it, (and probably charge me for doing that) all because of a lose gas cap. Well worth the investment into this. Its easy to use, very nice screens which are easy to follow, and allows you to clear the codes once the problem is diagnosed and corrected.

Not the best but it does its job right

Good

Easy to use, easy to read, the information is what you want, the code clarity is fine because by the time you're buying this you've probably gone to O'Reilly's and had them read it for you first. The diagnostic accuracy matches what they told me at O'Reilly's, so that works. The size is great, the updates are fine? I don't know what that means. In my case it's a problem of low-concern that keeps popping the check-engine on and making my cruise control not work and so I ordered this so I could clear it myself until I get it fixed. Solves the problem, was only $20, and came the next day.

This does the job. It can read Stored/Pending/Permanent Codes. Please pay attention not all scanner can read permanent codes. For the price there is no complaint. The screen is also colored even though it's not necessarily I can't testify other functionalities since my goal is to permanent codes on my Land Rover. My $$$ Autel can't do it.

Product was used a handful of times and worked well the first few then started glitching and now will not work at all flickers when connected and nothing else not abused or dropped at all as seen in photo (age 2yr)

Works well

Works good!
