I've used Xtend BCAAs for years. Cannot work out without them. These are even better! The BCAAs are still fantastic, but these are a noticeable improvement!

EDIT: DON'T BUY THIS, IT ISN'T INCLUDED IN AMAZON'S RETURN POLICY AND HAS LESS EAAs AND LESS SERVINGS THAN THE AMAZON CHOICE EAA POWDER. WASTE OF MONEY. Overall: Less EAAs and less servings than Amazon's choice EAA. If the price were noticeably cheaper could be worth it but is atually more expensive. This review is based off ingrediants alone, and not taste or texture. I should have really looked at the ingredients in more detail. Compared to a very popular EAA powder, Amazon's choice for EAAs, this costs slightly more, and although says 40 servings, is actually more like 20, as you have to have 2 servings to get the same amount of EAAs as one serving of the other powder. In certain areas, 2 servings gives you more EAAs like with Leucine, but most of the others very similiar or even less. This powder is better for electolytes (it's what plants crave), but you can get that by adding a bit of salt to your drink. You Get Citrulline in this as well, which can help with endurance and blood flow, but doesn't have any glutamine in it at all which is a pretty big negative compared to the other. That's not to say it's bad, it's just there are better options for less money that give you more servings once you double the serving size of this to make up for less than half of most of the EAAs that the other has in one serving.

Beaucoup trop sucré, presque écœurant. Je comprends qu’il s’agisse d’un produit américain, donc forcément très chargé en édulcorants, mais en France ce type de goût passe difficilement. J’ai essayé avec un litre d’eau pour seulement deux doses (au lieu de 500 ml), et c’était encore trop sucré à mon goût. Cela dit, en termes d’efficacité, le produit semble bien faire son travail grâce à sa combinaison d’électrolytes et d’acides aminés pendant l’entraînement.
