This microwaveable neck pillow has honestly been a lifesaver for me. I’ve been using it for about two months after dealing with bulging discs in my neck from a car accident, and it gives consistent, soothing relief. It heats up quickly and holds warmth long enough to actually relax my muscles. The lavender scent was a nice surprise. I expected it to fade, but it’s still lightly there even after regular use, which adds a calming touch. It also sits comfortably around the neck without feeling too heavy. Overall, simple, effective, and something I reach for almost daily. Definitely recommend if you deal with neck pain or tension.

I love this heat wrap! I use it a lot; multiple times everyday. I mostly use it on the back of my neck, but I also put it over my eyes sometimes when lying down. I like the weighted feel of it over a flimsy sleeping mask. I also like how soft it is especially. Given how much I use it, it's definitely been a great value for what I originally paid. I pop it in the microwave for a little over a minute and it retains heat for around 45 minutes to an hour. It's really easy to use, but I'd check your microwave wattage and keep an eye on it to make sure you don't accidentally burn it. It originally had a calming lavender scent to it, but it faded fairly quickly. Maybe after a month or so. That's the only thing I think could be improved, but it's not that important to me personally. Overall, it's great and I highly recommend it! With a ton of heated neck wraps on the market; I think the straps, soft material, and substantial weight of it sets it apart. It's held up great without any much wear despite using it so much.

Good heating bad, I just heated in 3 minutes in my microwave. Immediately my I felt relief in my neck.

This neck wrap is a beautiful, practical, flexible wrap for my neck when I need some heat. Heats up quickly and stays warm for qute a while. Although it is supposedly scented with lavender I couln't smell it.

Exactly what I was looking for. I have arthritis in my neck and was looking for an easy way to apply heat. This is a very nice, well made product. Heats up easily in the microwave. It is made of a velvety type of cloth which feels good against the skin and is sturdy , of substancial size, with cloth handles you can hold on to if you choose to. Very nice product. Slight lilac smell smaell, I liked it, some may not.

They got it right on this one. No velcro to scratch your neck. Stitched pockets so the grains don't all slide to one end. Great size to microwave. I love it when things get done right.
