I suggest you get a size medium if you have adult cat and you want it to fit well. Because the small size is literally the size of my wrist it would be good for a baby kitten but not a adult cat. The only thing I’m worried about is if she can’t fit it into the cat litter. But eating and drinking so far fine. And she’s sleeping in it fine too. Even though she hates the thing. I’ve never used a Velcro one before but it’s so easy to put on and take off ( but not for the dog as he’s done his best to escape and failed)..It has a decent margin of overlap on the Velcro strips so you can get it just right size wise. I ordered medium for my small dog and it’s perfect. The size chart is spot on so be sure to measure your dog and order accordingly. This is so much easier and softer round the neck than the ones the vet provides. Its also well made so much to my pups disgust it’s going to last years.
