I would like to give an update to my initial do not buy review. The initial review was due to the battery not charging after 30 days of ownership and the slow processing speed for watching movies and playing games. I was contacted a couple of days after writing the review from the company. They stated that the issues I was encountering was unusual for the product I purchased and even though the 30 day return window had closed they offered to refund or send me a replacement tablet. I graciously accepted the replacement tablet, but to my surprise they offered to replace it with an upgraded tablet with 2 in 1 android 13 with a 10.1 inch screen. This has a storage space of 128 GB and 4GB+4GB RAM. It’s refreshing to see that there are still companies who operate with honesty and with Integrity, for this reason I am going to change the do not buy to buy from this company, great customer service, can’t go wrong from buying from this company. I will follow up on the new tablet in 30 days.

Very durable and great price ! The battery life is amazing !!

This tablet is VERY slow and lags so bad. I have business WiFi and it still lags. I have 4 games on this thing and it’s so hard to win anything that is timed because of how it lags when you move objects. Games like hidden object games with chapters etc constantly quit mid game and kick you out. Forget about playing sims or any game that requires a lot of storage and constant movement. It was like this from day one but I’m too busy to return it. The price was too good to be true. I feel like it wouldn’t be good for even a kid because of the lagging with everything. Even games that don’t require WiFi are slow to start up and lag. All around not a good tablet. Kindle fires are much cheaper and work much better but I wanted a very large screen.

This tablet saved the day. It's a total upgrade from my previous tablet that finally decided inno longer wanted I keep a charge. Tr veiwble screen is larger then I expected. The functionality is exceptional good for my standards and for what I use it for. Value for the money. The blue ton of the tablet is a pretty powder blue. Very portable, the battery life is excellent also. This upgrade allows me onhave all the apps I use in one place. My previous set up I had to use three ufferrproducts due to compatibility issues.

Chose this as I normally buy the rebuilt cheaper ipads on amazon, but they only last 2 years. The ipad completely loses internet connection after that . I don't want to keep paying 100s of dollars for something that will die in 2 years or buy new ipads. The android ipad is slower than apple ipad and is constantly updating everyday so I always have to restart it. Has alot of glitches and does not operate as smoothly as ipads do. Hopefully these will get better over time. It works though. It is for personal use though, not business. If it weren't for this I would return it.
