Excellent
This was straight forward to set up and all working well. So much better than buying the refurbs which look cheap but seem to have problems with Windows 11. Great to have the freedom of built-in wifi. Bought Office 2021 from groupon and all good. Downloaded usual antivirus. I do miss my Dvd but may get an external one as that is as cheap as buying an enclosure to instal the DVD from old PC and a lot less hassle

Returned, no HDMI port despite description stating there is one.
Returned immediately, no HDMI port despite description stating there is one. This was completely miss sold, it does not meet the product description as with no HDMI I cannot connect it to a monitor, meaning I cannot use it. The mouse connection and the keyboard connection are 15 years out of date too (old circular pin plug types - although there are some USB ports) The only connection for a monitor appears to be a non UK port with many pins, not even consistent with PC's from 1990. I now clearly recall my mother telling me, 'If something appears too good to be true, it probably is.' Lesson learned I would say! Oh, and I have to pay the return postage despite it being miss sold - I am hoping this whole thing is an error and someone forgot to fit the HDMI port on this sold as NEW PC and that my money will be refunded swiftly and the postage will be returned please.

Easy set up
Running and installed in 45 minutes

Fast pc
Rocky start at the beginning as it would/could not connect to the monitior. However without too much trouble the computer was replaced. Since then it has been trouble free. It is more than fast enough for my needs. Excellent computer.

Arrived 2 days late but packed well. Set up went exceptionally well, windows 11 slightly different to 10, needs getting used to. All transfers from old computer went without problem. Plenty of space on the memory. Good value for money.

Poor
Very poor computer, does not have an HDMI port despite being listed as having one and after a couple of months of use it crashes daily during the middle of tasks. No space to upgrade the RAM to help this either.

The product was good, however, due to circumstances I did not need it. I returned it on 25/07/2024 and now 03/09/2024 and still not had a refund
