I appreciate the fact that it is around 5 pounds, which works great for our family of 4. I smoked it low and slow (250 degrees for about 6 hours). It came out perfect--juicy and super tender, great bark. I just wish it would also include the "point" (fatty, super tender portion of the brisket). Still very pleased with the flavor and quality.
