I bought this for 3 yr old non verbal son who has autism. He loves it. The cards r large and he is able to move them around. It was a b**ch to remove every single card and add the Velcro to it. Was it worth it, yes.

I do like this book, it is a quality product. The reason why I scored it 3/5 is because you have to carefully remove or pop-out each card. This process is time consuming. Not the worst because you only have to do it once on initial setup. I chose to laminate the cards/icons after popping each card out of the perforated sheets it comes on to make them more sturdy. It made the cards thicker and more durable. I also used the dot velcro that was provided and some additional that was purchased separately. I wanted more surface area to adhere to. The velcro that is provided is small circles and when that is one the back of the card, it doesn't stick as well. The book pages are not the best for sticking to. With the addition of lamination and extra velcro to the back of each card, it definitely helps. I feel this is a great value for the money. The work you put in is worth the price savings compared to pre-made books. They pre-made books very four times the price.

Quality is good. Bigger than I thought. Value for money. Good for little kids and who need AAC support.

This is perfect for my autistic daughter. You can set up the pages as you like and even add your own if needed. Its made well and the pages are fabric so they will stand some wear and tear. It has a little pocket for extra tags or honestly whatever you want to stick in it.

Great price for a really value product. It comes with really high quality Velcro stickers and plenty of good starter stickers for emotions, activities, foods, etc. This was a better product than I anticipated so I’m very happy with my purchase.

My husband and I wanted to get this for his brother since his youngest child is nonverbal and uses one of these boards during his speech therapy sessions. We figured this would be a helpful tool that he could use at home to help communicate as well. All of the images on the cards are very clear and crisp and the velcro is very secure when you stick an image to the board but very easy for a child to remove if need be. It is also the perfect size for our nephew to use.

There isn't enough support for those who are non-verbal and "normal" PECS visual programs cost a ton of money through Doctors and Hospitals. These are an absolute bargain. However, if you're introducing to PECS I would advise only using this until you get actual PECS images as alot of the images aren't the same as traditional PECS visuals. Five stars all the less.

This book works well for my Daughter pecs have been working best for her for the last 18 years. Its big and functional can hold alot of pecs .

Meh, it's ok. I have an autistic 3 year old, and there's many things wrong with this book that I don't like. First off, you WILL be spending time to put the velcro on the back of each picture and putting them in order. Second, there's not enough space or much less space for each section. For example, the Alphabet, there is not enough space on the book to put the Alphabet on one page, so you will have to put them on the following page. I would try and find something better for your dollar.
