We purchased this system for the drive thru at our coffee shop. It picked up all the street noise from the road but we could not hear customers right next to it even when volume was turned up all the way. It didn't work for us and we had to purchase a different system.

Not worth it, if you buy, plan for frustration!
Purchased the Huafone kit 3, drive up speaker and microphone system. The shipping was good, came fast, however, when it arrived, the microphone did not work at all. Called support, they sent another unit, again shipping was fast 3 days. However, installed this unit, and 2 days later it rained, and the microphone stopped working in the second unit. Called Tech support, they said it gets wet, it stops working, have to wait for it to dry out. Seriously, we do not serve customers in a completely dry environment. Do not waste your money, gave a 1-star, only due to there is no option for a big fast zero!!!
