Works like a weld gauge should. Price is perfect, most people who use these alot, will all admit to losing one fairly easily. Tested accuracy within a quality department, tolerances of the manufacturing of this product is good.

I use these gauges to measure things I am trying to model in 3d software. They come in a nice compact form factor and are a sturdy construction. And if I ever get around to welding I will use them for their intended purpose.

It does the job for inspecting my vendors welds.
