These were awesome. The bite well enough that I could push the tip in by hand, enough to hold. Then use one hand to hold picket in place, the other hand on drill, and drill one handed. Several times, I had to remove screw to adjust. I would screw back into the same hole on the picket, and it still held strong, even in same hole.
