As an enthusiastic cook, I decided to try one of these because I was tired of using "make-do" knives. Over the years, I have used Kyocera ceramic (which are great while they have their edge), Sabatier and Global knives and in all honesty, the quality of this knife FAR outstrips any other knife I've seen at the price and matches Sabatier & Global for quality and feel! Beautifully presented in a fitted case, perfectly balanced, wonderfully sharp and an absolute joy to use! I will be buying more Zelite infinity knives in the future, more than likely Alpha Royal or Executive Plus because they look absolutely stunning with the Damascus finish, as well as the outstanding quality.

A very good knife for the price - top quality. It is sharp and very well balanced and a joy to hold and use either for home or if you are a chef it is also more than what you would be looking for in a knife

Excelent product. Could be little bit cheaper but ok. Very sharp, keeps sharp for long time and the steal didn't break when the knife fell on the floor and hit the tip of the knife.I would say, you get what you pay for.

This knife arrived sharper than any I've bought yet, and I use it a lot. It keeps and takes an edge very well.So far a few washes in the dishwasher have left it unchanged.My own preference would be for a wider handle - the narrow handle doesn't suit me so well (hence 4*).After quite a bit of thought I took the edge off the corner of the blade at the handle end and off the point for safety purposes.

Packaging is excellent and out the box the blade was so sharp it would shave hairs off my arm. However I ended up returning for these reasons1) The top edge of the blade has 90° corners, rather than being rounded over. I found when chopping these harsh edges were catching my fingers.2) The handle is too small in my hand, both diameter and length, so I never felt confident about the grip3) It's made in China, despite the advertising mentioning German steel. I don't feel the knife is value for money.All in all, rather disappointing at the price point.

A very nice knife. Arrived promptly and well packed. Will need to see how it stands up to long use, but looks well built and good quality. Comfortable to use and sharp out of the box.

Really happy with this knife. Good basic knife to have on hand. It came packaged really well and super sharp! Ready to go, I just rinsed it off first. All our knives we use every day are this brand and I'm very happy with them.

Great knife. Easy to hold even with wet hands. Very sharp and has become my favorite knife. Great Value. I have spent hundreds of dollars on a single knife, and this knife has surpassed all of them. I have looked for a 6in chefs knife, not a filet knife for a long time with the strenth and quality I need in my kitchen. Buy this knife. You will love it.

I have been designing and making cutting tools for the last 40 years so I know a good piece of steel when I see it. This knife was very sharp out of the box and holds that sharpness extremely well. After using it twice I honed and stropped the edge. Razor! Comfortable to use. I keep it in the box for fancy stuff. Very impressed and I know what to be impressed by! Keep it dry and never put it in your dish washer.
