I just started this product, but I have a lot of sensitivity to supplements and this product has been hassle free. It has everything I need in one bottle and no additional ingredients. It tastes great and it’s a good price.

This Mag, cal, zinc has been so helpful in keeping me healthy this flu season. I’m also healing from a broken bone and I know this has been a good extra boost in helping with healing that bone so well(and quickly!) I put this on auto order, I believe it helps that much!

This magnesium and calcium supplement really helps me relax. It calms down muscle tension and also helps with my nerves. At night, I tend to overthink and my mind keeps racing, but when I take the recommended dose, I truly feel my thoughts settle and I can rest more peacefully. It doesn’t have a bad taste either, which makes it easy to take. I’m very satisfied with this vitamin.

Tastes good and easy to swallow. I have taken it directly in my mouth and put in water. The only thing that is irritating is the dropper is only 1ml and the daily dose is 2mls. You just have to draw it up twice.

This supplement has honestly helped me a lot with my sleep. I feel way more relaxed at night and it’s easier for me to wind down. I’ve been waking up feeling more rested instead of groggy. It’s simple, works well, and does exactly what I needed it to do. Definitely recommend it.

This liquid mineral supplement has a lot going for it on paper, with a great combination of magnesium, calcium, zinc, and added vitamins like D3 and K2. I also liked that it’s vegan and easy to take as liquid drops. That said, my experience was just okay. I didn’t notice a big difference in sleep or leg cramps, and the taste wasn’t my favorite. It may work well for others, but for me, it didn’t stand out enough to repurchase. Overall, it’s decent, but results can vary depending on your needs.
