I have used this product for many years and it is excellent. 9.5 is a complete hydration and the bottles are always filled to the top not partially down the bottle. So you really get your moneys worth. I have never ordered this item from Amazon and I thought I would try it this time thinking that the item would be placed at my door like all my other Amazon packages. To my amazement it was not at my door, I had to look for it and find it in my Apartments office. I thought having it delivered to my door would save me from having to lift it from car to apartment elevator to my door. I was sick and I couldn’t get to my package but luckily a neighbor went to the office and got the package for me. This package was not delivered by prime vehicle‘s but by UPS. Normally I know exactly where my packages are but all UPS said is that it was delivered. I wish Amazon had a better way to deliver this product As I am very tempted to not get it from Amazon again. I will try it one more time and if that’s better I will continue to order but if not I’ll just go to Costco where I’ve been getting it.
