I use these as part of my triathlon routine. Makes a world of difference for me. Tastes a bit bland and a slightly tingly on my tongue but I don't mind.

If you sweat ++++ then this is 10/10 Taste is fine and I easily add it to my endurance mix before a marathon but also after a very long run to keep me hydrated

This is a great product and has really helped me keep from cramping into maintain hydration levels during cycling and triathlon. Take notice that each packet is 750 mg of sodium and not 1500 mg. It will take two packets to make the 1500 mg Serving that is listed on the packet so technically 14 in a box only makes seven 1500 mg servings

The strongest electrolyte packets I have found on the market. As a heavy and salty sweater these have been a game changer for me. I typically drink one of these at night to ensure I am topped up and hydrated, so if we get called to a fire in the middle of the night, I am fully hydrated and can perform to the best of my abilities.
