I am loving this as a tool for post workout recovery and lymphatic drainage. It's not too heavy. Stores away easily. I feel very stable on it. It is easy to set up and use. Love that it has a variety of options in use. Helps my muscles loosen up and avoid being overly sore after workouts. Great machine. Great price.

After reading many reviews, I chose this model for the price value and range that I was seeking, along with the quality and power that it offers. For the price, I would say that it does it's job but without the bells and whistles. It's simply power on, and either run auto mode by stepping on and starting to rock side to side; this accelerates the speed from 1 to 10 over the next 1 minute and continues this 1-10 pattern for 10 minutes. Or, you can select your own speeds. This also comes with a remote to control the settings. It is a little clunky to move around and it has rubber feet to help keep it in place. It does seem to make my body feel good after and Im getting the 10 minutes per day Vibration recommended to keep the lymphatic system flowing properly

This vibration plate works great and was priced right. I highly recommend this unit for anyone with stiff joints or pain in their joints.

Worked great for a few week then it wouldn't take a charge anymore. I ordered a new cord and it's working great again. I love it so far. I'm not sure if I got a faulty cord but I would still recommend as it has more power then another brand I tried. This one has a bit more foot room as well.

I was a bit skeptical to try this at first because I don’t want a huge machine taking up unnecessary space but this is pretty compact not taking a lot of room. It comes with the basic necessities, the remote batteries and they threw in a resistant band, which it’s OK I would still buy your own if you don’t have any, but I have to say giving it a try just one time I feel pretty good. I think it made a little bit of a difference. I’ll have to get into a routine of using it more. It definitely has you feeling like Shakira and if you could never make your cheeks clap this will do it for you and if you’re heavy on the top, the girls will be clapping too😂 after working out and then using this you feel relaxed. I got this on sale. I recommend if you’re hesitant give it a try you can always send it back. Easy to use !

Really like this Vibration Plate by Merach. The reason for 4 stars. 3 minor issues. 1.. The cord is short to plug in. I have to use it by the wall. 2. I had issues with my remote. I mean I could not for the life of me open it. My husband tried and he too had issues. I had to use a sharp razor knife all around the opening edge to pry it open still it wouldn't budge It will turn on and go into 1 DEMO automatic if you like but thats it. My remote I think was not cut correctly from manufactory. I m sure it doesn't happen often. 3. Somehow eer time I clicked the remote as I had my tv series on pause. it fast forwarded each time i clicked the remote. How funny. Other than that it works great. Feels good to all our muscles and bones. Nice way to wake up to and end the day. My grandchildren loved it too. Wonderful vibration plate, just wished it had longer extention.

I purchased this vibration plate to help manage lymphedema. With so many options on the market, I did quite a bit of research before choosing this model. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is, especially given how powerful it feels. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but even after just 10 minutes, I notice that I feel better afterward. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Seems to work well. Helps with leg stiffness and sore feet. However, if you don't switch the button off after use it will turn on with power restoration. The remote is basic. If near tv it turns on tv too.

Not as fast as the more expressive ones but it's more than enough. I have no reason to reduce a star. The remote does share some settings with or tv so they sometimes turn each other off.

Just started using it but a solid piece of kit. Easy to operate and looks stylish. Building up gently from level 1 but even with 1 you can feel the vibration.
