Good Product, Solid Build, Easy Assembly
Good product, solid build. Easy to assemble with all parts included. I mounted it to a basement cinderblock wall using 1/4" Tapcon screws and all was smooth. Very handy Velcro tie-straps included - you can never have too many of those - but I never figured out how the shelf stops were supposed to fit (I don't think I need them). The only design downfall, and it's a minor one, is that after wall mounting you cannot get around to the back of the rack to remove the rear shelf mounts. So I had to remove the rack, remove the rear shelf mounts, and then reinstall with the rear rack screws from the inside going outward so that the shelf can be repositioned if needed (I needed to). Shorter screws would help there as they stick out into the wall. Otherwise, the rack is exactly what I needed.

Great looking! Strong! Yes, some screws don't line up perfect but no big deal!
Overall I truly like this rack, The look is fantastic, the included 2 shelves is a great bonus but I didn't use them on this job but now I have extra shelving for my next AV rack ! I like that the rack screws was included and even a cardboard templet is included to drill holes or screws on the wall. I did use my own mounting screws and don't remember if the mounting screws are included or not? Some folks suggest in the reviews all the screw holes don't line up and yes I found that to be true but in no way prevented me from using this rack 100% just looks like a tiny bit lacking in Q.C. but hey it excels every place else! Very sturdy, looks nice and high tech and the logo on the rack is cool but be aware it has a BOLD white tech MOJO logo on a black rack. Be sure to check your needed rack size as this was deeper than I needed but was my fault not measuring but just make sure of the size as it was deeper than I expected for some reason. My install helper also made the statement that "He" liked the rack and he has installed many. many brands. The price is right and it looks great, holds my stuff great and solid, whats not to love? I will buy again! ! its a great rack!

Really solid, low cost network rack for home user
Ok, so this was more of a "want" vs a "need" but the price was low enough, it was worth it for me. I have a 6-bay NAS home media server and a security camera NVR that were sitting on a table in my basement with a tangle of wires and ethernet cables, and I decided to splurge a bit and make things a little more organized. I picked up a rack mount PoE switch (for the cameras) - which actually cost more than this rack - and now everything is much tidier, and looks really cool lol. The rack is very sturdy and was easy to put together. I don't know if it would hold up to heavy use with a lot of switching out components, but it definitely works great for what I use it for. Everything fits into the rack nicely and like I said, it's much more organized. It hold my NAS, NVR, switch and a couple other smaller components and there's still a little more room to expand if I think of something else to add later on. If you're considering setting up a home network, you really can't go wrong with this network rack. It's inexpensive, but it's not "cheap" in quality.

Surprisingly heavy duty for the price. Cage nut side is a little tight.
For the price this is a fairly sturdy rack. It is easy to assemble and it has both threaded holes and cage nut rails for mounting. One note the cage nut rails on my rack were slightly undersized. I could not mount a Vertive 800VA Rackmount UPS in on the cage nuts but it did fit on the threaded hole side. Not ideal but completely workable. It comes with some threaded feet if you want to put it on the floor or it has mounting holes on the back side of the threaded side of the rack. I intend to mount it with lag bolts through the cage nut holes to match my location. It feels like it will be sturdy enough even supporting a UPS. The metal is suitably thick and stiff for mounting multiple ways. The shelves are handy to have but not necessary depending on what your mount. It ships in a very compact packed box that is heavy but if you have to haul pieces to a job site it would be very space efficient until you put it together.

It Was Better Than I Expected
The Good: The rack was perfect for my use case. It's heavy duty and everything was very intuitive. I like the solid top and the front upper and lower plates which can be removed for extra mounting space. Overall, the design was everything that wanted in a rack and more. The Ambiguous: There were plastic mounting clips which I never figured out their purpose or how they fit together. I'm unsure what they were for but honestly I'm fine with the current setup. I guess they were "Rack Shelf Back Support" but I just screwed the back brackets into the rack itself. The Mounting: The mounting hole drilling template is high quality and appreciated. I didn't end up using it but I've installed a lot of these and having that drilling template is fantastic. Overall, this rack offers a lot of flexibility in how you want it setup while not being flimsy nor poorly painted. I trust it with a lot of weight and I'm perfectly confident in it holding up for the long haul.

Cheap but solid!
Solid quality product, especially at the low price point. I have used the higher end brands and these work just as well.

Good value
Easy to setup and pretty sturdy. The included screws were a bit short for my tastes so I added additional screws below them after mounting. You do lose 2-3U to the total space, due to the vents at top and bottom, and if you’re adding a shelf at the bottom the lowest it can sit is position 3 because the bracket in the back is in the way.

The TECMOJO 12U Open Frame Rack is a great entry point for anyone starting their homelab or network setup. While it's advertised as 12U, you effectively get 10U of usable space because the top and bottom slots are taken by support brackets. Still, what you get for the price — shelves, screws, cable management, and mounting feet — makes it a solid value. The rack is about 20 inches deep, which is enough to house a mix of networking and server gear. I’ve got a Unifi UDM, a Unifi HD Pro 24 PoE switch, a CyberPower UPS, and a Node 804 sitting on top — all mounted securely. It’s rated to handle around 130lbs, so if you’re wall-mounting it, make sure to reinforce accordingly. I used my own lag bolts (not the included ones) into 3/4” plywood with 2x6 backing between 24” studs — it’s rock solid. A few quirks: I wish the rack supported cage nuts on both sides. Having to screw and unscrew components directly into the frame is a bit tedious. But once everything is in place, it's not a dealbreaker. What I liked: Great value with shelves and accessories included Sturdy enough to support a heavy homelab stack Deep enough for most gear Top shelf and wire grommets are a nice touch What I didn’t like: Only partially cage nut compatible Usable space is 10U, not the full 12U Final Thoughts: If you’re just getting into rack mounting your gear, this is a solid pick. Just plan your mounting setup carefully and maybe go a size up if you’re expanding later.

Well designed, strong and complete rack for AV and network equipment. Everything is included for the build. Shelves, rack screws and even equipment standoffs and mounting template. The only thing that would have been nice in my case is if I could mount the equipment on the side as my network cables where to short. Unfortunately the distance between the cage nuts is less then equipment size. Not much but barely maybe a point for the designers. This would have saved me from extending a bunch of network cables.

The rack feels pretty sturdy and i have no fears it might fall apart under the weight of my two 4u servers and other equipment. including 2 rack shelves is a really nice bonus as well. i have subtracted a star from my review because i bought the 16u version of the rack and i dont think that is a very accurate description of it. its technically 14u (maybe 15u if you are willing to forgo one of the cross supports on either the top or bottom). Basically the cross supports along the top and bottom take up 1u of space each from the total space. it would have been nice to not lose that space to support structure.

Super easy to assemble. Lots of space. Came with the shelves. Bang for buck an excellent rack. I have enough space to add a UPS and a secondary patch panel if I need it. Came with extra rack mount screws which was nice, though not enough and had to buy more. Came with two shelves that are half the length. I put one facing the back to hold up my power supplies. Currently holding NAS, 48p switch, 4p switch, router, modem, patch panel, power bar, nuc, and RPI.

Very sturdy. Not using as a rack system but to hold my 2 Yamaha HT recievers at the height I needed to clear the bottom of my screen. Its an excellent quality unit with a sturdy build and adjustable feet which is a nice touch.
