Perfect for a trip-free path
These cord and pipe covers are exactly what I needed for a trip hazard in my basement furnace room. I used them to cover an 80 inch long 3/4 inch PVC pipe and the result was perfect. They’re impressively strong and durable, and connecting two gave me full coverage without any awkward gaps. The fit was seamless and really cleaned up the space while making it safer. These also grip the cement floor well and don't easily slide around. I Couldn’t be happier with how well they handled the job. Solid product all around.

Crushed
They worked great, no more broken water hoses

Good value but cover doesn't secure shut.
This protection strip is definitely heavy duty. But what I don't like is that the cover flap doesn't snap or lock in, so if your wire or hose doesn't lay perfectly flat, then the cover doesn't shut completely which is a trip hazard in itself. We secured it shut with duct tape which solves the problem until the tape wears out. But it's a 3-pack for the price of 1-packs, and we needed 2.

Perfect!
These are perfect to protect half-inch irrigation lines across a driveway that sees daily passage of pickups, UPS, FedEx, tractors, semi-trucks. Holding up great after a year.

Excellent choice to protect EV charging cord on a driveway
I've owned an EV for 4 years (Tesla Model 3). Because my property has an easement (a right of way for my neighbors to drive to their properties), it's tricky to charge my car. My parking spot is about 25 feet from my house. So I need to run the charging cable to the car from the house over the easement. I've tried a few different cord covers in the past, but they haven't held up that well over time - they move around too much or have simply worn out after repeated crossing of my neighbors' cars. This set of cord covers from Happybuy appear to be much sturdier than my earlier choices. Also, the fact that this cover is a bit of a ramp slows down one particularly nasty neighbor who liked to drive over my cord cover at high speed, inflicting as much damage as possible. She tried that once with the Happybuy cover in place and probably smacked her head into her car's ceiling (sorrryyy... NOT!). That slowed her down. Anyway, the HappyBuy cord protector ramps install easily, fit together well and have plenty of space for an electrical cable even thicker than my current 20 amp/12 gauge extension cord. You could easily fit a garden hose in one of the two channels. The only issue is that they do slide ever so slightly after repeated car crossings. I've just nudged them back in place with my feet, but I will probably use a bit of construction adhesive underneath them in order to anchor them more securely to the cement driveway. Will post an update if they develop any problems over time, but so far, so good. UPDATE (February, 2023): Well that nasty neighbor struck back. She started revving up her car to a high speed and slamming the breaks when on top of the cord cover in order to force them to slide, thereby causing the covers to separate and exposing the cables inside. I have Ring camera video footage of it. It's actually kind of humorous to watch. Some people must have very sad lives. Anyway, I tried a couple of different construction adhesives, but all required over a day to set, and none of them held the covers in place for long. My ultimate solution was to use Tapcon concrete screws to hold the cord covers in place on my driveway. By the way, after melting a couple of the "titanium coated" Tapcon bits, I discovered that these mortar bits work *much better* when you use an impact drill, as opposed to a regular drill. The impact drill allows the Tapcon mortar bit to drill through concrete and cement pretty quickly without melting. I also poured a little water into the holes to keep the bit cool. Once I secured the cord covers in place with the Tapcon screws, they stopped moving entirely. Several months later, they are still firmly in place. This does make it a little more difficult to do leaf and snow cleanup (since I can't move the covers now) but the power cable is well protected, which is the important thing. Happybuy Cord Protectors (with Tapcon screws): 1 - Nasty Neighbor: 0

Cable ramps are a must!
I am glad to have invested in these for a few reasons. First is guest & client safety, I’ve tried taping down cables (messy, takes forever, VERY WASTEFUL, consumes precious tear down time, can still pop up, low visibility, etc), I’ve tried working with venues to secure extra mats to cover my cables in awkward placements (I’ve learned to not rely on venues for things I need, as I am a vendor and NOT the client), running cables in cracks at outdoor events, you name it. Nothing has come close to getting these cable ramps, determining the direction of the cable, laying down the ramps, connecting them, running the cable, closing it up and not worrying about them being an issue for the duration of an event. These ramps have not skid at all, they have a good weight to them, I have only placed them on flat surfaces. Second is a clear indication of “industry professionalism”, this can be a divisive concept depending on who you talk to, but in my experience, no matter what kind of gear you pull out, or how clear, concise, or tech you talk with a client, the moment they see me laying down the cable ramps, they have all acknowledged my professionalism. Idk what it is, but it’s a common reaction since using these. Third is really close to second, & that’s cable preservation. I mentioned earlier about the messiness of taping your cables. If you have to tape, then you have to tape. I do still carry Gaffing tape in the event I don’t have enough cable ramp. I’m not anti tape, I’m pro convenience. Running the ramps, placing the audio & power cables in them, you’re ready to go ASAP! Then when tearing down, it’s the same. Collect your cables, wipe them down(dust, etc) and pack them up nicely for the next gig. Fourth is really being able to set up in places you may not have previously b/c of compromised cable placement. These really increase your flexibility when it comes to placing your A/V, IT, AC runs. I hope these help you! Granted they aren’t a complete catch all, full proof safety measure, but they contribute greatly to the overall safety of clients/guests, preservation of gear, & professionalism you may want to convey as a mobile AV provider.

These are awesome
Used these all summer long to house and protect a hose and electrical cord for a landscaping project I was doing across the asphalt road in our cul-de-sac. It protected everything, even from my crazy neighbor who drives is big pickup way to fast up and down the road. After repeated hits, they did slide a few feet and I had to reposition them, but it does come with holes to be able to use metal pins to secure it in place if you want - I just didn't want to use them.
