This should come with it
The case itself is very well built. It's not as big as I'd like to hold my other accessories, but that's alright. It's professionally built, and the zipers are not cheap. For the money spent it works well and will forever be used to hold my rig.

Too Bad I Can't Give Zero Stars - Avoid This Product
There aren't many cases to choose from for the DJI RS 4. The nicest option is a hardshell case that costs 1/3 of the price of the RS 4. I decided to try this case out. I'm still baffled by the fact that DJI does make a case for the RS 4, but it's only available as part of one of the higher-end bundles. It's not available for sale separately, which seems odd given that they offer cases for many of their other products. The reviews looked pretty good and Fakespot rated it as an A. Well, in my opinion, it's FAR from an A. First of all, the smell! From the moment you take it out of the box and plastic wrapping, noxious fumes fill the room, giving me a headache and making me feel like I was going to yak. Then there's the fact that the layout inside the case is completely opposite of what's shown in the picture. One could argue that the picture was flipped horizontally, but I don't think so. Lastly, there's the fact that the RS 4 doesn't even fit in the case! The battery, the extension/tripod, and the quick adjustment plate fit fine. The RS 4 itself does not fit - not at all. It makes me wonder whether or not the manufacturer even tested with an actual RS 4 to see if it fit. It strikes me that the case was designed purely based on the specifications on DJI's website. I wish this were a better product. The price point is excellent, and I like that it's a soft-shell case. But it's going back to Amazon, and I'll go back on the hunt for something else.

could be bigger
it's okay, could be bigger, have more space for the bare accessories one get for a gimbal like a side handle or a counter weight, but the space barely holds the gimbal, with maybe a couple of cords. its an okay value for money though. it looks low quality that tries to look like good quality.

Fits the RS4 with all base accessories well. But you do have to adjust to it.
Holds the base RS4 very well. It doesn't have a lot of wiggle room and it's a pretty tight fit, but it's nice and secure. If you have extra accessories like the Smallrig vmount plate, etc, you will have to take them off. It's not a bad case, and it has an extra part on top to store extras. Good for a gimbal that is clean and stock, but if you are running one that's decked out with extra stuff on it this case will probably not work that great.

Have to reset your gimbal to use it
You have to basically reset the gimbal's axis's back to 0 in order for it to fit in the case. Useless if you want to transport to a location and have a fast setup. Only thing it's good for is long term storage or when you don't mind the time it will take to rebalance the gimbal after taking it out of the case. It also has a pretty strong chemical smell from the materials they use.
