I can’t believe I paid so much for toner elsewhere. This product is comparable to one I paid over $500.00 for tax included at my local store.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I purchased this item in August of 2025. I did not install the toners until March of 2026. The print quality was as described; however, the Cyan cartridge was defective, stop printed, and needed to be replaced. I reached out to Amazon who informed me that the warranty/ replacement period through Amazon had expired and I needed to reach out to the vendor, Aztech to resolve my issue. I reached out to Aztech Supplies who immediately responded to my inquiry. They offered to replace the defective item. Unfortunately, after providing my mailing address it was discovered that they were unable to ship to my address in HI. Therefore, Aztech issued a refund, via an Amazon Gift Card, so that I could replace the item at no charge to me.

So far so good - 5 Star Customer Service
We've been using them for about a month, maybe 50 printed pages, and all looks good. UPDATE: Feb 13 2017. These are still going strong. We will almost certainly order more when these run out. UPDATE: April 14, 2017. A classic case of "well that figures." A few weeks after my last update I started getting black lines on most of my printouts. I thought it was the printer and spent a few weeks trying to figure out what the issue was. Finally I discovered the Print Quality report that printed out bands of color using individual toner cartridges. That showed that it was just the black cartridge that was funky. I emailed AZTECH and told them what was going on. I emailed them Saturday evening and by Sunday evening they had replied and said they will send me a new cartridge. Less than a week later the new cartridge came and much to my joy it fixed the issue. They even followed up to make sure the new one was working. This company gets it. They want those good reviews and they are willing to go above and beyond to get them.
