SILVERFISH KIT - Our spet kit includes the essential control products required to control silverfish within properties. We include our popular RTU spray for applying to surfaces that silverfish are present and insecticidal powder for application under floor surfaces, voids, cracks and crevices. This kit replicates a that a professional tradesperson would carry out.
DIRECT SURFACE SPRAY - As part of our kit, we include our powerful high strength & long-lasting ready-to-use spray. The product can be used to kill adults directly or as a surface spray on areas of activity such as wall/floor junctions, flooring, and affected furniture. As silverfish come into contact with the application that will die within 15-20 minutes, stopping their spread.
INSECT POWDER INJECTION - We also include our professional strength insecticide powder, a tried and tested method of silverfish control. The powder is a valuable tool for application within cracks and crevices, voids and areas away from human and non-target habitation. The integrated puffer cap allows for controlled application of the product and avoids bulk distribution.
SILVERFISH CONTROL - Whilst straightforward to control, silverfish can be challenging to stop reoccurrence. Whilst insecticides can help with prevention, it is essential that the source of the infestation is identified and resolved; this is usually a leaking pipe, poorly caulked sealant around a sink or dampness under a non-breathable mat.
KIT CONTENTS - 1 x 1 Litre Entopest Killer Spray (HSE 10797, 0.1% w/w cypermethrin, 0.01% w/w pyriproxyfen and 0.05% w/w chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract) & 1 x 390g Entopest Vulcan P5 DP (HSE 7334, 0.5% w/w permethrin). Our kit includes a pair of disposable gloves for safe application.

Product description ------------------- Silverfish Kit kit for the control of silverfish in areas of infestation. Kit includes: 1 x 1 Litre Entopest Insect Killer Cypermethrin Trigger Spray 1 x 390g Entopest Vulcan Powder 1 x Disposable Safety & Pair of Disposable Gloves All of the above products are at the same strength as professional products but packaged in smaller units for amateur usage, therefore considerable money can be saved by not using a spet company. Step 1 Simply spray around the affected areas, for example under sinks, in cupboards and wall/floor junctions, paying particular attention to cracks, crevices and dark areas. The insecticide will dry leaving a fine layer that will kill insects on contact. Step 2 Allow spray to dry and then apply powder in cracks and crevices and other affected areas. Notes It is important to note that infestations will vary in size and additional products may be required for larger or more established infestations. Additional products are available if required. Silverfish thrive on moist, humid conditions so to gain full control over an infestation it is necessary to reduce the humidity and fix any water leaks. Always read the label and follow the statutory guidelines on the products at all times.
