This has been a good vitamin for my 10 yr old daughter. She used to get colds all the time but hasn’t had one for months. Her hair was falling out but now has stopped. (We also increase protein in her diet.) I noticed recently that these contain iodine which I understand is needed but lots of people are deficient in. So overall happy with these vitamins.

So far so good! My 14yr old says they taste good.

This is the fifth bottle we have gone through. My son is very picky about the taste and feel of vitamins and supplements but he takes these without a problem! They’re always fresh and sealed upon arrival. The gummy was fine with his braces and not too hard or sticky. I feel like he’s getting a quality nutrient supplement for times his diet may not be as good as it should be.

An ok multivitamin, I was using it for my daughter with ADHD to see if it helped her focus and we did not notice a difference. It does taste good though so it’s easy for a kid to take and it seems to have good ingredients.

I love that these vitamins are methylated and cleaner ingredients. My kids love them, I never forget vitamins anymore because my kids are begging for them as soon as we wake up.

If I could, I would give it greater than 5 stars. At first, I wasn't sure if it was actually working. I thought maybe it was a coincidence that my son (who I think has ADHD) started responding a little more calmly and less impulsively. I really wasn't sure if it could be attributed to the gummies or not. Even at school he started behaving better. He's still very active, but we've noticed improvements in general behavior. What convinced me that these were effective was when we ran out of the gummies and went about 2-3 weeks without them. We noticed a change in behavior back to how he was before taking them. I bought them again and voila improvements again. I just think he's more responsive and slightly less impulsive. I think these are absolutely worth trying. I recommend them.

This product arrived as stated, quality packaging and contents. Our little one has ADHD and her meds caused severe side effects. We reduced her down as much as we could and added this vitamin. She enjoys the flavour and does not refuse to take. She has better sleep since introducing them and her general wellness seem better. I am so pleased and plan to continue to purchase in the future. I also love they are from a Canadian company!!
