You'll have slide the clip towards the tip to make it fit. It's easy. These are the best. I've tried most others. **Q: Does it work with the restasis multi drop bottle which is 5.5ml?** A: my bottle is 5 and it worked not sure about 5.5. I could not have done the drops for before and after cateract surgery without the two mumford guides. I used this with the other product. **Q: I have to take drops from a 4 ml size glaucoma eye drop bottle that is tiny and hard to squeeze. Will this product work with this tiny bottle?** A: I have used a bottle as small as 3ml, but the top was the same size as the 10 ml bottle. Essentially the bottle needs to have a narrow neck and narrow dropper for the bottle to work with this guide. My 5ml Thealoz Duo bottle of eyedrops doesn't work. The listing should show the bottles that are compatible. The enclosed leaflet points you to the manufacturer's website (owenmumford.com), and it shows 26 bottles are compatible in 2018 - but of course the Amazon listing doesn't show this to you - after all it would impact sales on this non-returnable item.
