Perfect and simple landline substitute
Great phone to use as a substitute to a land line. Love the large buttons. Works great with Red Pocket (T-Mobile MVNO). Very simple, as expected. Easy setup, but installing the nano SIM was a little tricky as the SIM slot does not open, you have to slide it in. A little tuck and it worked. No setup needed really after SIM is installed and phone turned on. I love the night feature letting you automatically turn the phone off at night and on in the morning. Speaker is loud and clear. Network search shows also AT&T, but no Verizon. It may work with AT&T but not sure.

nope
I bought two of these and neither one worked properly. I'm a patient person. tried everything including changing my carrier and changing my sim card. Hope you have better luck.

Works great for 86 year old non techie😁
This little beauty works great on Tello, who uses T Mobile. It is perfect for my mother in law who is 86, and hates any phone that doesn’t have buttons. It’s easy for her to use and, best of all, she can hear people talk on the speakerphone. If you are looking for a base phone that works and isn’t junk, this is for you. I am so glad I got it.

SIM CARD
This is about the "frequently bought with" advice on the Amazon page. I took its word and bought the ULTRA SIM card, only to find out that it is NOT compatible with the phone. :P

Perfect Design Concept, Horrible Execution
The design of this phone is phenomenal -- the large keypad, simple button interface, and charging cradle would have made it an absolutely PERFECT phone for my elderly grandmother ...except that the actual build quality and execution are terrible. It drops service constantly, has a super lightweight/cheap feel in the hand, and continually powers off and on due to system glitches. It's also advertised as being LTE compatible and isn't. Honestly, I was so disappointed when I had to return this and I can't even bring myself to give it the lowest star rating because the design concept is WONDERFUL and only ruined by the terrible manufacturing and software quality.

Not a a real phone for handicapped users, or frequent use.
Although advertised as a senior or for mentality handicapped individuals, this cell is hard to set up and use. Confusing instructions. Poor means to input info requiring lots of hunt and search and multiple strokes to enter any letter or number. No means to change the ring tone, or sound level. Finding messages and listening to them is another challenge. It is just not worth the money, no matter how cheap.

Great for elderly or people with challenges
My grandmother is 100 years old and wanted a landline. Unfortunately those are not much of a thing anymore. So I got this cell phone for her to look as close to a cordless home phone. It’s wonderful. Highly recommend.
